• An Open-Label Pilot Treatment Study of Memantine Hydrochloride (Namenda®) for Cognitive and Behavioral impairment in Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
Do you have or think you may have an autism spectrum disorder?

Do you struggle to communicate with others?

Do you have trouble with making decisions and remembering things?

Massachusetts General Hospital is conducting a new research study using an investigational new medication in adults ages 18 to 50 with autism spectrum disorders to see if the medication has any effect on symptoms.

Eligible participants will receive study medications and study-related evaluations. The study involves regular visits to our office in Boston over three to four months.
